Where to find your pages
On the Ads page, the Landing pages card on the right shows the newest page. Select All to open the full list.
Each row shows:
- Page: the page's title, its status and a link to the live page
- Campaign: the campaign it was built for
- Views and Sign-up clicks
- Leads, once any page has brought one
Counts start on the day a page goes live.
A page's status is either Live since a date, or Draft with what it waits on, for example:
- Needs a sign-up address: Bidhelm doesn't know where the button should go yet
- Being built
- Didn't pass checks: the page failed Bidhelm's quality checks and wasn't published
- No ads to point at it yet
On a campaign's own page, the Landing page card shows where that campaign's ads send people, marked Built for you. for a Bidhelm page or Your site. for your own.
How a page goes live
When a page is ready, Bidhelm saves the web addresses your ads currently point to, then points the campaign's ads at the new page. If the page is later retired, Bidhelm puts your original addresses back.
Leads
A page with a form collects leads. Every form carries two checkboxes:
- a required one, agreeing to be contacted about their enquiry, linked to a privacy notice Bidhelm hosts for the page
- an optional one, allowing a scrambled copy of their email to be shared with Google Ads to measure the ad that brought them
Bidhelm sends each lead to your Google Ads account as a conversion, so Google learns which clicks turn into leads. If the visitor leaves the optional box empty, the conversion is still counted, without their email.
Where leads show up:
- History: "New lead on" the page, with the person's name and how many came in that day. A busy page posts at most one unread item every 12 hours.
- The Leads column under Ads › Landing pages.
- Chat: ask Bidhelm, for example "Who signed up from the Sprint Planning page this week?", for the leads themselves.
Set where sign-ups go
The Where sign-ups go card under Ads › Landing pages shows the address every sign-up button on your pages opens.
- Select Change.
- Enter your sign-up page's address.
- Select Save.
New pages use this address, and pages already live switch to it. The same field is Sign-up page under Settings › General.
Rebuild a page
Ask Bidhelm in chat to rebuild a page, and say what to change, for example "Rebuild the Sprint Planning page and lead with the free trial instead of pricing." Bidhelm writes the page again at the same address, runs its checks and publishes it. The rebuild runs in the background, and Bidhelm posts the result in the same chat when it's done.
A page can't be rebuilt while its campaign is paused or removed.
Common questions
No. The Landing pages view is read-only. Pages are made and changed through Bidhelm, so ask in chat.
No. It's a separate page made for one campaign's ads. Your own site stays as it is, and other ads keep pointing wherever they did.
Its status says what it waits on. The most common reason is a missing sign-up address, which you can set above.
