History is the record of every change to your accounts: what changed, who made it, why, and what came of it. Open it from Work › History in the sidebar.

What each row shows

Changes are grouped by day, newest first. Each row has:

The change, in one sentence, like "Paused Generic planning tools".
Who made it, on the line under it, with the platform and campaign it touched and the time.
The result, a short line on what happened or why it was done.
A verdict on some changes, saying how it's doing so far: Working, Early sign, About average, Too early or Waiting.

Select a row to open the full change in a side panel. It holds the reasoning, the numbers behind it and, for a question Bidhelm asked, the answer that was given.

Who made it

Label	What it means
Bidhelm	Bidhelm made the change on its own, within your Permissions.
You approved	Bidhelm proposed it, and someone in your workspace said yes.
You	Someone in your workspace made the change themselves, in the dashboard or through your AI agent. A change Bidhelm makes because you asked in chat reads Bidhelm and links back to that chat.
via your agent	Shown after the time on a change made through your AI agent.
Google Ads	Someone changed the account directly in Google Ads, outside Bidhelm.

Changes made by anyone in your workspace read You. History doesn't say which teammate it was.

Changes made in Google Ads are grouped, one row per campaign and kind of change each day. The Changes made in Google Ads card on the right counts this week's, and See all filters the list to them.

Find a change

Type in Search changes to search the whole History, not only what's loaded.
When more than one kind of change is present, filter by who did it: All, Bidhelm, You or In Google Ads.
Load more at the bottom brings older days.
The This week card on the right sums up the week's changes.

To ask about a change, open it and select Discuss, or Open chat if the change came from a chat. You can also type into Ask about a change on the right.

Clear History

To remove one change, open it and select Dismiss, the X beside the mail icon at the top of the panel. The panel's own close button only closes it.
To remove everything, select Clear all at the top of the page.

Both take changes out of History for everyone in your workspace, and neither can be undone. Nothing in your accounts changes: clearing History only hides the record. Questions still waiting on you stay in Needs you.

Opening a change marks it as read. Select Mark as unread in its panel to keep it flagged.

Take a change back

There's no undo button in History. To reverse a change, ask Bidhelm in chat.

A change made in chat, within 24 hours: in that same chat, say "undo that" or "put the Orbit Brand budget back". Bidhelm restores the exact value from before for budget changes, pausing or turning on a campaign, ad group, ad or keyword, and blocked or unblocked search terms. It refuses if a newer change has already replaced that one.
For anything else, ask Bidhelm to change it back. It makes a new change, which shows up in History like any other.

How long History is kept

The first changes come after Bidhelm's first look at your account, and only for the kinds of change Settings › Permissions lets it make on its own.
