Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules for using BidHelm. These rules protect our platform, our users, and the integrity of the Service. By using BidHelm, you agree to this AUP in full.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.
1. Permitted Use
You may use BidHelm solely to:
- Optimize your own Google Ads campaigns for legitimate business purposes
- Manage Google Ads on behalf of clients where you have explicit written authorization from each client
- Access platform features for their intended purpose as described in our documentation
2. Prohibited Advertising Content
You may not use BidHelm in connection with Google Ads campaigns that advertise:
- Illegal products, services, or activities in any applicable jurisdiction
- Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
- Dangerous or deceptive financial products or investment schemes
- Controlled substances without appropriate licensing
- Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials in violation of applicable law
- Adult content in jurisdictions or contexts where such content is prohibited
- Content that facilitates human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse
- Any content prohibited by Google's advertising policies
3. Prohibited Platform Conduct
You may not:
- Reverse engineer any part of the Service, attempt to discover underlying algorithms, optimization logic, or source code through any means including timing attacks, output analysis, or systematic testing
- Scrape or extract data from the platform using automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts not authorized by BidHelm
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems, infrastructure, databases, or other users' accounts
- Introduce harmful code including malware, viruses, trojans, or any disruptive software
- Overload our systems through denial-of-service attacks, excessive API calls, or any action that impairs platform performance
- Circumvent security features, authentication systems, or rate limits
- Resell access to the Service without written authorization
- Share credentials with unauthorized parties or allow simultaneous multi-user access on a single account
- Impersonate BidHelm or its employees in any communication
- Manipulate platform data to generate fraudulent savings figures or misrepresent Service performance
4. Agency & Multi-Account Use
If you manage Google Ads accounts for third-party clients:
- You must have explicit written authorization from each client to connect their Google Ads account to BidHelm
- You are responsible for ensuring each client's campaigns comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service
- You accept full liability for any policy violations, Google account actions, or campaign outcomes for any client account you manage through BidHelm
- Billing is based on total managed spend across all connected accounts, including client accounts
5. Intellectual Property & Competitive Use
You may not use BidHelm, or any data, insights, or outputs from BidHelm, to:
- Build, train, or improve any competing software product or service
- Benchmark BidHelm's internal logic or algorithms for any commercial purpose
- Create derivative works based on our platform, UI, or methodology
- Publish or disclose any non-public information about the Service's internal operation
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP — including unauthorized access attempts, security vulnerabilities, or misuse of the platform — please report it immediately to security@bidhelm.com.
We take security reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers who report vulnerabilities responsibly.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice, without refund, and without limiting any other legal remedies available to BidHelm.
BidHelm reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities. We may access, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe necessary to: comply with legal process, enforce this AUP, respond to claims, or protect rights and safety of BidHelm, its users, or the public.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
